It has a bonus to shield, adding it when the ship flies above top speed. Ult is stealth, and adds even more damage to long range strikes. Just think of a ship change as as a trade-off, you will lose something to get something else.in this case I've got agility for cargo space, but gained fun as a bonus. I might have to try all the ships at some point but for now I thought would be more interesting to try some of the small class as oposed to getting another big ship such as the bomber or the donner. These guys at RockFish are really good at creating stuff. The best part of it all is the ULT that is so satisfying to use, you just position yourself in the middle of everything and watch things melt really fast. Some call it a paper tiger, but seriously, I have had no issues blowing s***t up really fast and not even getting to worry with shield, armor etc. For my surprise, I do tend to look for taking a distance from the heat of a battle more with the Gunship then I do with the Stinger. Running around to get things done has never b easier. Great manuverability, excellent for tight spaces. I still keep my Gunship ready in the bat cave, but boy was that a good surprise. complete HRA without firing guns / without shield or armor equipped).įor a good contrast in gameplay at the 20ish lvl on forward, I went from a Gunship to the Stinger. Heavy class (high health, low strafe speed): Gunship (armor tank with 2x gun shots per volley), Bomber (hull-leeching ship which fires missiles/mines from weapon energy instead of ammo), Vindicator (can create persistent minions from dead enemies)īomber in particular is not a bad choice to keep in the hangar for some of the Daredevil challenges (e.g.Medium class (balanced strafe speed and health): Sentinel (fast-firing shield tank with chain lightning ULT), Striker (close-quarters fighter with multi-tether ULT), Interceptor (can fire guns from boost energy when gun energy is depleted).Light class (high strafe speed, low health): Scout (stealth sniper with bonus range to all guns), Vanguard (assassin with bonus crit stats on attacks from behind), Stinger (device specialist which powers up guns on using a device).Ship Dealer offerings change as in-game time passes, with the ships themselves being procedurally generated with a weight class/subclass and 1-3 passives (chosen from a pool of 5 passives for a given subclass) based on their tier/rarity.
